Choose Your Learning Option
The Residency Experience is for pool executives and senior staff who serve on their strategic leadership teams. AGRiP Resident Juliet Funt leads this 2.5-day immersive program, where participants learn practical frameworks for adopting a reductive mindset, making better decisions about where their pool's time and attention belong, letting go of outdated habits and systems, and leading lasting organizational change. Through collaborative discussions and hands-on application, participants exchange ideas with fellow pool leaders and work through real leadership challenges in an executive-level learning environment. Space is limited, and senior staff should confirm their pool executive supports their attendance.
Open Sessions feature concurrent sessions and roundtable discussions for pooling professionals across all staff roles. Sessions cover topics such as making better use of claims data, writing AI coverage, redesigning pool websites with AI, developing effective interim financial reports, supporting women's health and autoimmune care, and preparing for future workforce and technology changes.

Travel and Schedule Information
Plan to arrive in Minneapolis on Sunday, Oct. 4. The Residency Experience begins at 12 p.m. CT, followed by optional programs including AGRiP Orientation and our Prince-inspired welcome reception later that day.
Educational programming concludes at 5 p.m. CT on Tuesday, Oct. 6. Stay for our closing night dinner and ballpark tour at Target Field before heading home.
