A Minute to Think Online Course
This 14-week, self-paced online course teaches pool teams core efficiency concepts and practical techniques to reduce busy work, ease burnout and create space for strategic work. Weekly lessons take less than 10 minutes and can be applied immediately.
Every AGRiP member pool receives three complimentary seats. Additional seats are available:
- Pools with up to 14 staff: $300 per seat

Residency Experience at Staff Institute
AGRiP Resident Juliet Funt will lead a 2.5-day program where pool executives and senior staff translate insight into action — deciding what to stop, where to refocus and how to lead change that holds over time.
