In order to ensure that the conference content and conference schedule is available on an appropriate timeline, we ask that all speakers adhere to the following timelines for particular pieces of information and presentation-support materials:
- June 30, 2019: Deadline for the title of your session, description (150 words), speaker’s name, speaker’s title and organization, speaker’s biography (150 words), headshot (jpg).
- July 15, 2019: First draft of presentation materials due.
- September 9, 2019: Final presentation materials due.
- September 10, 2019: Deadline for hotel reservations within the AGRiP lodging block.
- September 15, 2019: Deadline for conference registration without late fee.
