Guest Registration
Guest registration is not allowed for business colleagues who are otherwise eligible to attend the conference. Guests are partners or traveling companions of registered attendees. Guests may not attend educational sessions.

Optional Programs
Preregistration is required for all optional programs. Pooling Basics and AGRiP Orientation are not open to nonmembers or guests.

Pooling Basics (9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Sun., Mar. 16) — This highly regarded day of training is the very best pooling orientation and is a must for anyone newer to pooling! We move quickly to keep your attention, with presentations from experienced faculty about pooling operations like claims, underwriting, risk management, member services and finance. We talk about the role of a pool governing body in pool activities and decisions, and allow time to explore variation among pools. Bring all your questions about pooling to have them addressed by the best and the brightest in our community – and leave with new understanding and valuable perspective that will help you in your role. Preregistration required, open to all AGRiP members. $275 per person (includes beverages, lunch and snacks).

Hoover Dam with Comedy on Deck (12:30 - 5 p.m., Sun., Mar. 16) — Join your pooling peers for an unforgettable adventure as we take you from the iconic MGM Grand to the magnificent Hoover Dam. This scenic motorcoach tour combines stunning views, fascinating history and a touch of humor from our Comedy on Deck tour guides. Whether you’re a history buff, a nature lover or just looking for a fun afternoon out, this tour promises to be an experience you won’t forget! (Fee: $100.)

AGRiP Orientation (7:30 - 8:30 a.m., Mon., Mar. 17) — Those newer to AGRiP should join other newcomers for breakfast with the AGRiP Board of Directors and a brief orientation to AGRiP services and activities, as well as to the conference.

Cancellations
Cancellations received on or before Fri., Feb. 21 will be assessed a $100 administrative fee. Because AGRiP pays venue and related event expenses based upon projected attendance, refunds will not be given for cancellations received after Fri., Feb. 21 or for no-shows. If cancelling a conference registration, please also cancel the hotel reservation. This can be done by contacting the hotel directly or using the link provided in the reservation confirmation email.
