Registration Fees and Cancellation Information

Early registration pricing ends Mon., Feb. 3. Registration closes Fri., Feb. 21.

Registration Fees

  • Members: $995 through Mon., Feb. 3 ($1,095 beginning Tue., Feb. 4)

  • Nonmembers: $1,460 through Mon., Feb. 3 ($1,560 beginning Tue., Feb. 4)

  • Pooling Basics: $275 (open to members only)

Guest Registration

Guest registration is not allowed for business colleagues who are otherwise eligible to attend the conference. Guests are partners or traveling companions of registered attendees. Guests may not attend educational sessions. 

  • Welcome Reception: $180

  • Guest Meal Package (3 breakfasts, 2 lunches): $425

  • Preconference Tour — Hoover Dam with Comedy on Deck: $100

Cancellations

Cancellations received on or before Fri., Feb. 21 will be assessed a $100 administrative fee. Because AGRiP pays venue and related event expenses based upon projected attendance, refunds will not be given for cancellations received after Fri., Feb. 21 or for no-shows. If cancelling a conference registration, please also cancel the hotel reservation. This can be done by contacting the hotel directly or using the link provided in the reservation confirmation email.
