2025 Governance Conference

Governance Conference 2025 is March 16-19 in Las Vegas, NV.

Pool member registration will open in late Novemer. QEI Patron registration will open in mid December.
 
Governance Conference is for pool governing body members and the team supporting them to learn and problem-solve in a pool-focused environment. Governing body members can explore concepts that relate to their role at the pool and in their role within a local public entity.

All attendees will:

  • Have a forum to ask questions pertinent to your pool.

  • Learn how other pools do things, so you can consider new ideas to implement back home. 

  • Build a network of trusted people who understand the work you do.

  • Connect with service providers in the pooling industry.


More than 30 sessions focus on important artificial intelligence, governance concepts and current pooling issues.   
 

Who Should Attend

Governance Conference is a great learning opportunity for governing body members and the pool staff who support them.

Both new and experienced governing body members and pool staff will benefit from spending time together and learning alongside industry peers.

Many pools use Governance Conference to schedule an informal dinner with people from another, similar pool. This is a great way to compare notes and build relationships. If you’d like help to identify another pool for this sort of gathering, let us know.

Event Registration and Pricing

Pool member registration will open the week of Dec. 2. QEI Patron registration will open the week of Dec. 16.
 
Registration fees are:

  • Members: $995 through Jan. 27, 2025 ($1,095 beginning Jan. 28, 2025)

  • Nonmembers: $1,460 through Jan. 27, 2025 ($1,560 beginning Jan. 28, 2025)

  • Pooling Basics: $275 (open to members only)
      

Guest registration is also available.

Registration closes Feb. 17, 2025. Early registration pricing ends Friday, Jan. 27.

Cancellations received on or before Feb. 17, 2025 will be assessed a $100 administrative fee. Because AGRiP pays venue and related event expenses based upon projected attendance, refunds will not be given for cancellations received after Feb. 9, 2024 or for no-shows. If cancelling a conference registration, please also cancel the hotel reservation. This can be done by contacting the hotel directly or using the link provided in the reservation confirmation email.

Attendee Lists: AGRiP never sells conference attendee lists and we do not employ third-party list services. If you receive any outreach regarding attendee lists from a non-AGRiP email address, it is a scam and you should not respond.
