- The Leadership Award recognizes an individual at any point in their career whose guidance, mentorship or innovation has meaningfully advanced public entity pooling.
- The Service Award acknowledges an individual at any point in their career whose dedication and contributions have elevated the quality and impact of pooling services.
- The Performance Award spotlights a member pool for a creative, effective program or approach that strengthens the broader pooling community and can be shared with others.
Submit nominations by 5 p.m. ET on Thursday, Dec. 4, 2025. Anyone can nominate a colleague or pool. Recipients will be announced at Governance Conference in March 2026.

The Leadership Award was presented to Dan Greensweig, Administrator of the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust (LMCIT), for his work addressing PTSD among first responders in Minnesota. The Performance Award was presented to TX Health Benefits Pool (TX Health) for its innovative and comprehensive approach to cybersecurity.
