Awards for Excellence recognize the remarkable individuals and pools driving our industry forward. These awards honor talented people and trailblazing programs that make a difference for all of us.

• The Leadership Award recognizes an individual whose transformative leadership, mentorship or innovation has significantly advanced public entity pooling.
• The Performance Award honors an AGRiP member pool for a creative, effective program or approach that strengthens pooling and can be shared across the community.
• The Service Award celebrates an individual whose outstanding contributions have elevated the quality and impact of services within the pooling community.

Anyone can nominate a colleague or pool for Awards for Excellence. Submit your nominations by 5 p.m. ET on Thursday, Dec. 4, 2025. The award recipients will be announced at Governance Conference in March 2026.
