Staff Forum 2025 Registration Is Now Open for Pools

  

Staff Forum 2025 takes place October 5–7 in Austin, Texas. This event brings together professionals from every corner of the pooling community to share ideas, solve common challenges and explore the trends shaping the future of pooling.

This year’s conference features a dynamic mix of roundtables, workshops, and panels tailored to support a variety of operational roles — including claims, risk management, finance, member services, IT and more. Sessions will address a wide range of topics, such as leveraging AI to streamline operations, responding to emerging exposures, enhancing member engagement, and refining risk strategies across diverse lines of coverage.
