Washington School Risk Management Pool (WSRMP) Executive Director Deborah Callahan will address how WSRMP responded to a rapid rise in the number and cost of highly visible and community-disrupting claims using new, practical measures.

Deborah Callahan has been with WSRMP for 23 years, serving as the Director of Claims and Litigation and Deputy Executive Director before becoming Executive Director. Her 41-years in the industry includes both private and public sector insurance, with more than 30 years working with public schools. She is coauthor of the September 2018 Intelligence article, “Sexual Abuse and Molestation Claims in the Public Sector.” She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from the University of Redlands, California.
