Staff Institute is a reimagined conference for people in all staffing roles to build practical skills, share real-world solutions and address challenges pools face today.

Choose one of two learning experiences based on your role and goals:

  • Open Sessions: Explore loss trends, member needs and emerging issues in concurrent sessions and roundtable exchanges. This is your chance to build pooling knowledge, connect with peers and expand critical thinking skills.
  • Residency Experience: Pool executives and senior staff can enroll in 2.5 days of immersive professional development. Learn how to clarify pool and individual priorities, practice a reductive mindset, terminate legacy systems and workflows, and develop plans that reduce operational friction and improve member-focused outcomes. This is dedicated time with fellow pool leaders, facilitated by AGRiP Resident Juliet Funt.

Plan to arrive on Sunday, Oct. 4 (the Residency Experience starts at 12 p.m.) and stay through our closing night event from 5–9 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 6.

Registration for pools opens in late June.
