Save the Dates: A Preview of AGRiP’s 2024 Conferences

Governance Conference 2024 | Mar. 3-6 in Nashville, TN

Governance Conference is for pool governing body members and the team supporting them to talk, learn and problem-solve in a pool-focused environment. Governing body members can explore concepts that relate to their role at the pool and in their role within a local public entity.

All attendees will:

  • Have a forum to ask questions pertinent to your pool.

  • Learn how other pools do things, so you can consider new ideas to implement back home.

  • Build a network of trusted people who understand the work you do.

Connect with service providers in the pooling industry. Governance Conference 2024 is in downtown Nashville. More than 30 sessions will focus on important governance concepts or provide perspective about current pooling and pool leadership issues. More information about the full program will be available soon.

Registration will open the week of Dec. 11 for member pools and Jan. 1 for QEI Patrons. Hotel information is shared upon registration. (Do not make hotel reservations before registering.)

CEO Institute 2024 | Aug. 4-7 in St. Louis, MO

CEO Institute is a small, conversational and hands-on learning event for the top executive and senior staff of AGRiP member pools. It gives leaders time to openly share ideas, learn from one another, and deepen peer-to-peer relationships. Pool governing body members and service providers do not attend CEO Institute."

CEO Institute 2024 will be held in St. Louis’ vibrant Ballpark Village neighborhood.

The focus of this year’s CEO Institute is consciously building an effective culture in your pool, featuring AGRiP Resident Jamie Notter. Attendees will learn how to identify culture patterns (and possible problems) and how to build clear steps for culture change that produce real results. We’ll provide assessments, tools and strategies relevant for every sized and structured pool.

Staff Forum 2024 | Oct. 6-8 in San Antonio, TX

Staff Forum highlights content for all pool staff and is structured in a collaborative learning format to build a strong sense of sharing and community.

Attend Staff Forum to:

  • Develop skills specific to pooling to advance your career readiness now and for the future.

  • Strengthen and broaden your network of pooling professionals and peers.

  • Get practical insight and tools to apply at your own pool from industry experts and service providers.

  • Learn best practices in pooling and how and why to apply them.
