Join AGRiP Staff as Managing Director
AGRiP is recruiting for a newly created position of managing director to work alongside the executive director and manage AGRiP operations, services and daily activities. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone with pooling knowledge and experience who wants to learn from and help support the entire pooling community.
In this fully remote role, you’ll work closely with the executive director and Board of Directors to execute on AGRiP’s strategic vision and annual goals. You’ll develop and implement operational practices, support governance activities and communications, and guide the work of AGRiP’s highly independent staff, a small and dedicated group with a variety of specialized knowledge and skills. In partnership with the executive director, you’ll make sure AGRiP’s work meets internal standards for excellence, as well as expectations for member-facing outreach and service.
In this fully remote role, you’ll work closely with the executive director and Board of Directors to execute on AGRiP’s strategic vision and annual goals, as well as oversee governance practices, Board communications and materials, member management and communications, technology to support operations, hiring and managing staff, contracting, financial reporting and more.
