The Association of Governmental Risk Pools (AGRiP) is looking for a Programs Director to help develop both innovative and practical programs for the public entity pooling industry.
In this fully remote role, you’ll be responsible for growth and management of existing and new member programs that are heavily valued and used within the public entity pooling community. This includes working on our annual residency — a unique opportunity to do in-depth, focused work on a timely topic with one resident and AGRiP members for a full year. You’ll also manage existing programs like AGRiP Recognition, Financial Benchmarking Initiative, the top pool executive compensation and benefits analysis and more.
This position is fully remote and applicants can be located anywhere in the U.S. AGRiP’s work culture is flexible, friendly, collaborative, and rewarding. We share a passion with members to advance pooling as an industry, serving as the go-to resource to find answers and build connections among pooling peers. Connecting member organizations means we bring the brightest minds and ideas together to make pooling successful.
Ideal candidates will be strong project managers with excellent communications skills who like to envision big projects and chase results, but can also thrive doing detailed, daily work.
