Job Description
Customer Experience Manager performs a variety of duties to secure new business and ensure optimized interaction between AMERIND and its Members and Clients by developing and implementing strategies to (1) ensure such interactions reflect positively on the company and (2) lead to new business development with existing and new Clients. This position maintains a high level of customer service through building relationships with Members, Clients, and Brokers to retain, develop and increase sales and marketability of AMERIND’s products and business lines.
