The Washington State Transit Insurance Pool (WSTIP) is seeking a Pool Application Support Specialist. This position plays a pivotal role in supporting the Risk Management Information System (RMIS), Origami Risk, and executing various administrative and member services duties within WSTIP. Supervised by the Member Services Manager, the incumbent will focus on providing comprehensive support to staff, Members, and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless operation of the RMIS, and facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in technical skills such as database management, system administration, and network security principles, alongside possessing strong project management and business analysis experience. Moreover, the ability to foster positive relationships, adapt to changing priorities, and exhibit excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
Position is currently vacant due to retirement.
EMPLOYEES MUST RESIDE IN WASHINGTON STATE.
Remote Work: This position is eligible for telecommuting upon successful completion of a telecommuting agreement. If the telecommuting details cannot be met, WSTIP will provide an office at their Olympia location. Even with telecommuting, some in-office work is required, such as onboard training and in-person staff meetings and retreats.

New Hire Starting Salary Range: $77,672.92 to $83,205.17
Salary Range: $77,672.92 to $98,821.64
