The Colorado Intergovernmental Risk Sharing Agency (CIRSA), is seeking a Senior Property/Casualty Claims Representative. Under the direction of the Claims Manager, this multi-line position is responsible for investigating and resolving first and third-party property/casualty claims. The emphasis for this new position is to investigate, evaluate and resolve high exposure and complex general liability, errors & omissions, and law enforcement claims, although there will also be some exposure to first party auto and property losses. This position also includes working with legal counsel on claims for which defense counsel is assigned, identification and pursuit of subrogation and recovery opportunities, and as a liaison with assigned member municipalities.
