County Road Association Self-Insurance Fund (CRASIF) is seeking a full-time Administrator that is responsible for the overall direction and management of their Workers Compensation Self Insurance Fund operations and programs.
This position reports to a nine-member elected Board of Trustees representing 70-member county road commissions in the State of Michigan.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader who excels at identifying, creating, and implementing strategic initiatives, facilitating efficient and effective communication with the board of trustees, staff, and members of the organization.
Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience and ability
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, insurance, or related field.
Experience preferred in public sector risk management, public administration and pooling principles and practices with extensive knowledge of self-insured group funds and workers’ compensation laws and regulations.
