The California Joint Powers Insurance Authority (CJPIA) seeks a Technology Manager to join its dynamic, motivated staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong technology background with skills and capabilities to leverage technology for business process automation and oversee software development and integration. The successful candidate will also use data to help move innovative projects forward. The Technology Manager will coordinate the selection and implementation of technology projects for the Authority. This position will be at the forefront of aligning the organization’s technology needs with current and future goals while also meeting the technological needs of staff. The Technology Manager will maintain the Authority’s current software platforms, including Ventiv, Cornerstone on Demand, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing, and JW File Handler, allowing staff to maximize the benefits of the existing programs while identifying emerging technology that could help the Authority pursue its mission more effectively. This position will also spearhead a technology committee to continue the Authority’s strong tradition of providing state-of-the-art, innovative programs, and services to members while adopting new technologies beneficial to staff and other stakeholders.
