The County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania (CCAP), a Harrisburg based, statewide association that provides leadership and support for excellence in county government, is seeking a Managing Director of Insurance Programs.
This position has primary responsibility for the Association’s insurance and related member service programs, including long-term strategic visioning, as well as oversight for monitoring, marketing, financial analysis and negotiations with service providers. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge, skills and abilities in insurance pools and risk management, with emphasis on property, liability, casualty, unemployment compensation and workers’ compensation. A strong ability to build and maintain relationships, exceptional communication skills and a commitment to excellence in customer service are essential. Knowledge of Pennsylvania county government is preferred.
