Property Warranty Program Project Manager - Arizona School Risk Retention Trust (AZ)


The Arizona School Risk Retention Trust, Inc. (the Trust), a property and liability school pool based out of Phoenix, is looking for a Property Warranty Project Manager. Job duties include managing a public school district property warranty program in conjunction with pool leadership; communicating with external construction/remediation firms, public school districts, and pool staff regarding the program; coordinating pre-damage services, routine audit and plan modifications, and repair or replacement of district facilities when required; marketing to the program to prospective clients; enrolling clients and developing preventive maintenance plans; acting as a project manager to guide the district, vendor, and panel of experts in the repair or replacement of district facilities; negotiating with vendors for favorable rates, general conditions, and warranties; coordinating in payment of repair or replacements of district facilities, if necessary; providing in-person and virtual education to members on the program offering and updates; and planning and executing annual education sessions. The Trust is administered by Risk Program Administrators (RPA), a division of Gallagher.
