The non-exempt position provides accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, human resources, and financial reporting assistance for the Pool. This position also provides administrative support services to the Administrative Services Manager. Requirements for this position include:  Four years experience in similar position. Experience producing financial statements. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Intermediate knowledge of Quickbooks accounting software.

Software used in this position include: QuickBooks (accounting software). US Bank SinglePoint  (banking). Origami (risk management information system). Laserfiche (enterprise content management system). BluePay (credit card processing). Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Knowledge of:

Bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general human resource practices.

Digital workflows.

Generally Acceptable Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Government Accounting Standards Board requirements (GASB).
