Staff Institute 2026, Oct. 4–6 in Minneapolis, is for people in pooling to explore today’s biggest challenges, learn new approaches and identify ideas that can be put into immediate action.
View the schedule to see what you will learn and choose the option that best fits your role:
Open Sessions are available to any attendee and provide a traditional conference experience with a pool-specific focus. Concurrent sessions and roundtable discussions feature topics such as helping members make better use of claims data, redesigning your pool's website with AI, developing effective interim financial reports, supporting women's health and autoimmune care, and preparing for future workforce and technology changes.
The Residency Experience is an immersive professional development program for pool executives and senior staff in leadership roles.
- AGRiP Resident Juliet Funt leads this 2.5-day program that begins at 12 p.m
- Pool leaders will learn practical frameworks for adopting a reductive mindset, how to make decisions about where staff time and attention belong, when to let go of outdated habits and systems, and how to lead lasting organizational change.
- Through collaborative discussions and hands-on application, participants will exchange ideas and work through challenges in an executive-level learning environment.
- Space is limited to 130 attendees, and senior staff should confirm their pool executive supports their attendance.
All attendees can connect and build relationships at our Prince-inspired welcome reception and the Tuesday night dinner and ballpark tour at Target Field.
