Choose the learning option that best fits your role and goals:
The Residency Experience is a 2.5-day immersive program for pool executives and senior staff. Facilitated by AGRiP Resident Juliet Funt, you'll apply a reductive mindset to real operational demands, examine how work gets done and build habits that protect your team's time, energy and focus.
Space is limited to 130 attendees.
Open Sessions are for people across all pooling roles. Concurrent sessions explore current challenges and emerging trends such as writing AI coverage for your members, developing effective interim financial reports, redesigning your pool’s website, improving women’s health and autoimmune care within your health program, and how AI will change workforce management at your pool.
There are roundtable sessions and other opportunities for peer-to-peer collaboration to help build your professional network, including the always popular $ource Game, an interactive pool simulation.
Beyond the educational programming, all attendees can participate in optional experiences throughout the conference, like our Prince-inspired welcome reception and the closing night event at Target Field.
Plan to arrive on Sunday, Oct. 4. The Residency Experience begins at 12 p.m. CT that day. Our AGRiP orientation and welcome reception also take place on Sunday. Be sure to stay through Tuesday evening to enjoy the closing night event.
QEI Patron registration opens in July.
