Our new Staff Institute is Oct. 4–6 in Minneapolis. This reimagined conference combines elements of two historical AGRiP conferences into one dynamic event.
The Open Sessions are similar to our traditional Staff Forum. This flexible, concurrent session format for pooling professionals across roles focuses on emerging issues and member needs through interactive, peer-driven learning.
The Residency Experience is a 2.5-day immersive program for pool executives and senior staff, similar to our traditional CEO Institute, that offers deep learning and professional development. This year’s content focuses on making decisions with a reductive mindset, letting go of legacy systems and practices, and building more efficient ways of working across pool teams.
Plan to arrive on Sunday, Oct. 4, for sessions beginning at 12 p.m. CT. Conference sessions end at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 6, followed by a closing night event that evening. We recommend planning return travel for Wednesday, Oct. 7.
Registration for pools opens at the end of June. QEI Patron registration opens in July.
