Governance Conference 2026 Registration Is Open for Pools

  

Governance Conference takes place March 1–4 in Nashville, Tennessee. This event brings together pool governing body members of all experience levels, as well as pool staff who support governance decisions through their day-to-day work. Attendees will explore concepts that shape their pool roles and priorities, address common challenges and connect in a collaborative environment. 

Conference sessions address a range of topics, such as improving operational efficiency, addressing conflict styles in the workplace and on your board, educating your members about rate increases and coverage changes, managing multi-year strategic priorities, and understanding how data integration and insight will modernize risk pooling. 

Note:QEI Patron registration opens in early January. Invitations will be sent via email. 

Two special activities require pre-registration: 

  • Attend an all-day Pooling Basics training  Dive deep into core pooling operations, including claims, underwriting, risk management, member services and finance. This training is provided by experienced faculty, appropriate for governing body members and highly recommended for anyone newer to pooling. It’s open to all AGRiP members.

  • Join an afternoon tour of the Ryman Auditorium and Grand Ole Opry  Visit two iconic venues that helped earn Nashville its "Music City nickname. This social activity is open to all attendees and guests, with a limit of 100 participants.
