We are excited to announce the launch of an AI Champions peer group.
We’re bringing together pooling professionals with an eye on AI to share strategies for encouraging AI exploration, methods to overcome common roadblocks and hurdles, and other best practices for starting AI implementation. If you are the top executive of an AGRiP member pool, send an email naming your pool’s AI Champion by April 25 to Claire Torza.
Champions will meet with other AI enthusiasts, increase their confidence and knowledge in advocating for AI tools, and build skills to help drive innovation. Pools with participating champions will benefit from practical strategies for AI implementation and access to a growing repository of shared knowledge and resources.
Interested in becoming an AI Champion? Here are recommended attributes for those interested:
-
A desire to identify AI tools that can produce tangible benefits for your pool
-
Willingness to actively engage in pool-to-pool sharing (this is not a group for passive learners)
-
Knowledge of your pool’s strategic vision, member mission and pool-wide goals
-
Functional understanding of technology terminology
-
The ability to successfully advocate for AI experimentation at your pool
-
A problem-solving mindset
-
Collaboration skills
-
Availability to participate in at least three of the four meetings as scheduled
-
Support from your pool’s top executive
Champions are not restricted by their role or years of pooling experience.
