The New York Schools Insurance Reciprocal (NYSIR) is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as Assistant Executive Director. The Assistant Executive Director is a key senior role, supporting NYSIR’s Executive Director. Job responsibilities are broad and include financial, administrative, board development, marketing, subscriber relations, and education association-related responsibilities. Knowledge of the education and insurance industries is required, in addition to strong organizational, relationship-building, governance, and operational skills. This is a full-time, salaried position and comes with a rich benefits package. Salary range is $155 – 190K, depending upon experience.
