Public Risk Innovation, Solutions, and Management (PRISM) is seeking a motivated and technically skilled IT Specialist to join the Digital Team. In this role, you will serve as the lead administrator for their Atlassian platform (Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management) and contribute to a range of initiatives spanning application support, data integrity, documentation, and internal technical assistance. You will also participate in an enterprise-level application rewrite – a buy/build/blend initiative that will modernize their core operational systems – supporting requirements gathering, testing, and validation activities.
Looking forward, this role will grow into active involvement in emerging technology programs including robotic process automation (RPA) using UiPath, AI-powered tools, and the development of agentic workflows. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to develop alongside these technologies.
