The California Association of Joint Powers Authorities (CAJPA) is a statewide nonprofit association dedicated to strengthening California’s public agency risk financing joint powers authorities (JPAs) through advocacy, accreditation, education, and collaboration. Established to promote excellence and best practices in pooling, CAJPA provides a unified voice for risk financing JPAs across the state and offers members opportunities to engage in policy development, professional growth, and shared learning within the pooling community.
CAJPA anticipates this to be a part-time position (approximately 20 hours a week) starting July 1, 2026. Salary range is $50,000–75,000.
