Public Risk Innovation, Solutions, and Management (PRISM) is seeking a Senior IT Specialist. The Senior IT Specialist is primarily responsible for the development and developer support of PRISM’s Proprietary Claim System, Spectra. In addition, the role provides technical support for the existing claim systems for both internal and external customers. This position will participate in full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and analysis to development, testing, and deployment, with a strong focus on system optimization and problem-solving. The entire team adheres to the Agile with Scrum framework.
