Member Services Technician – Public Risk Innovation, Solutions, and Management (CA/Hybrid)

  

Public Risk Innovation, Solutions, and Management (PRISM) is seeking a Member Services Technician. The Member Services Technician supports the Member Services and Risk Control departments with content updates and maintenance of internal and external communications. This includes but is not limited to: Elink, Coming Soon, Risk Simplifieds, marketing materials (both print and online), meeting presentation creation, and the PRISM Message Board.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about being part of PRISM and eager to learn and grow within the organization. They’re forward-thinking, open to new ideas, and always looking for ways to enhance what’s already working well. They’re creative and resourceful, but also a doer — someone who feels energized by bringing ideas to life and seeing projects through to completion. They thrive when managing multiple projects at once and enjoy collaborating with others to get things done. This person takes pride in helping and supporting team members, has a strong eye for detail when reviewing or quality-checking content, and communicates clearly and professionally both in writing and verbally. They’re comfortable using tools like Canva, InDesign, Adobe Publisher, and Microsoft Word, and enjoy using these platforms to create engaging, high-quality materials. Above all, they’re positive, proactive, and excited to contribute to PRISM’s mission and member experience.
