AGRiP is offering individualized guidance and support to create recruitment and retention strategies for a multi-generational work environment.
Generational Resident Kim Lear will work with up to 20 members on customized projects over a three to nine month cohort engagement, beginning this summer.
In addition to developing unique policies and practices, working in a cohort will allow collaboration among AGRiP members. Each cohort will include up to 10 people, participating in a series of webinars and working on guided, independent projects. Members must apply to participate.
