AGRiP has two educational conferences specifically for pool staff scheduled for 2017.
The CEO and Senior Staff Institute will be held Aug. 6-9, 2017, in Charleston, S.C. The CEO Institute offers in-depth leadership training in a small learning environment, without pool board member or service providers in attendance. Pool executives routinely comment on the value of this one-of-a-kind leadership development opportunity for pool CEOs and leadership staff.
Scheduled Oct. 1-4, 2017, in Baltimore, Md., the Fall Educational Forum offers learning opportunities organized around a set of pool operational tracks, designed to provide ongoing training and education to pool staff in core operational areas. This year’s tracks will be Underwriting and Coverage; Risk Management/Loss Control; and, Financial Management and Investments. This conference is appropriate for pool managers and executive staff in these functional areas, or needing to learn more about underwriting, risk management, or financial operations of a pool.
