Top level pool staff may attend the CEO and Senior Staff Institute Aug. 5-8, in Vancouver, British Columbia. Interested U.S. pool staff should have valid passports to make the trip. Registration will open by May 1.
CEO Institute attendees will work in a collaborative environment exploring strategies to make pools attractive employers amid generational shifts, and consider how those factors might impact relationships between a pool and its members. Focus will be placed on the importance of diverse teams and tech savvy operations. Attendees will go home with pragmatic takeaways and tasks to attract and retain top pooling talent, and to develop sustainable pool member relationships.
The Fall Educational Forum is Sept. 30-Oct. 3, in Portland, Ore. Ideal for claims, membership, communications, and finance pool staff, this year's Fall Forum content will run in three tracks: claims and litigation management, marketing and member services, and reinsurance and capital management. Registration for the Fall Forum will open early summer.
