Gen Forecasters are provided one-on-one guidance to build an actionable, vetted solution for a recruitment or retention issue at their pool.
Working with AGRiP and its Generational Resident, Gen Forecasters will participate in small group video meetings and individual consultation to sift through the nuances of different generations - and different points of view - in the workplace. After establishing expertise in generational foresight, Gen Forecasters will work on individual projects to develop their own, pool-specific resource.
