AGRiP has retained multigenerational relationship expert Kim Lear as its new Generational Resident. Lear and AGRiP will work together in 2018 to bring forward public entity pooling-specific resources, presentations, toolkits, and cohort work that will focus on multigenerational adaptations within pools, pool members, and more.
Special focus will be placed on recruiting and retaining pool staff, and succession planning for executive roles.
A researcher and author, Lear operates Inlay Insights, and was a popular speaker at the 2017 Fall Educational Forum. Lear will first offer insight in a webinar, The Age of the Multigenerational Workforce, set for Jan. 30, 2-3 p.m. EST.
Lear will also be a featured keynote speaker and provide several workshops at the 2018 Governance & Leadership Conference.
