In preparation for the event, here are a few things you need to know:

1. Gather and prepare the items on this list now.
   Do not skip this part! Preparing these items is essential to your participation and sharing at CEO Institute.
   
   
2. Bring your laptop and charger.
   You will be working on your pool’s digital strategy roadmap in real time using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Bring your fully charged laptop to the meeting each day. (Mobile devices and smaller sized screens are not recommended.) You will need to be able to open, update and save documents.
   
   
3. Clear your schedule for the conference.
   CEO Institute is a collaborative working meeting and others in your small groups will rely on you being fully participatory. Please clear your schedule of other meetings during the conference.
   
   
4. Make your final travel arrangements.
   If you haven’t done so already, make your reservations now.
