AGRiP Webinar - Elevating Board Performance: Understanding Inclusivity

Two May webinars will help pools build inclusion principles into governance strategies and pool operations. In this first webinar, attendees will get grounded in the definitions and science-based benefits of a governing body comprised of diverse viewpoints in this webinar presented by 2019 AGRiP Inclusion Resident Robin Stacia.

Participants will identify ways to evaluate their governing body’s inclusivity needs and elevate its effectiveness through cognitive and demographic inclusion best practices. Stacia will also provide insight on how pools can start to set and achieve inclusivity goals.

The second session will provide attendees with  key actions and steps to take to enhance board governance.

This series is a good starting point for pool leaders and staff to take as a team. It also is a valuable precursor for those planning to attend the CEO and Senior Staff Institute this summer.
