AGRiP has two blocks of sleeping rooms.

Although the AGRiP room block at the Grand Hyatt Nashville is closed, rooms may be available outside the block at regular rates. If you wish to make reservations at the hotel outside the block at regular rates, we recommend:

When you book within the AGRiP rooming block, you:

Help us help you. If there’s a problem with your room arrangements or billing, we can help navigate the situation with the hotel only if you’ve reserved within our block.

Stay where the action is and have access to greater networking and social time with other attendees. Staying in the conference hotel means you’ll be with your pooling peers and able to more easily connect and share ideas.

Have access to the best available rates and quality, not the bargain rates from the internet for rooms that may not have otherwise sold.

Support AGRiP financial outcomes. AGRiP has negotiated numerous concessions and benefits with the hotels and many are based upon ensuring attendees stay at the conference hotel. If AGRiP is unable to meet its commitment, we could be financially liable for lost revenue owed to the hotel.
AGRiP never solicits hotel reservations directly via email or phone calls, and we do not employ third-party housing services. If you receive any outreach regarding hotel reservations other than the link provided in response to your conference registration, it is a scam and you should not respond.
