Join us for AGRiP Homecoming, a one-time gathering designed to connect you with your pooling peers in person — and a chance to revisit the distinctive, specialized relationships that are foundational to the pooling community.

WHAT TO EXPECT

This event will include structured and unstructured opportunities for networking and conversation, with designated meeting spaces to reconnect with other pools and service providers. QEI Patrons will also offer case studies, solutions and service presentations.

And, because we aren’t offering our traditional CEO Institute, we’ll present a Knowledge Transfer Workshop (KTW) in person. At this hands-on working seminar, top pool executives (and likely successors) will continue their path within the succession planning residency to:

  • Organize executive knowledge into manageable “chunks,” teach that knowledge to successors, and ensure information was received as intended
  • Leverage different learning styles to suit successor needs
  • Identify specific ways to track, test and validate skills transfer

    REGISTRATION FEES

    (Event open to members only)

    • $400 for AGRiP Homecoming
    • $825 for Knowledge Transfer Workshop and AGRiP Homecoming 

    EVENT REGISTRATION

    Registration will open by July 30 and is available to AGRiP members only. Regular registration to attend the full event including the KTW is $825 per person (open to top pool executives and successors only). Registration without KTW attendance is $400 per person.  

    Regular registration ends at 11:59 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 3, after which a $100 late fee will be charged.

    Registration closes at 11:59 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 17. Cancellations must be received by 11:59 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 20. Review our conference policies for full details.

    Guest registration is available.

    KEY ATTENDEES

    AGRiP Homecoming is designed for top pool executives, department heads, department staff and QEI Patrons.

    KEY DATES

    HOTEL INFORMATION

    The room block at the Minneapolis Hyatt Regency will open at the same time as registration. 

    After you register for the event, you will receive information to make hotel reservations in the AGRiP block. 

    Rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis until Wednesday, Sept. 1, or until sold out. Room rates start at $189 per night (plus tax and service fees). 

    AGRiP never solicits hotel reservations directly via email or phone calls, and we do not employ third-party housing services. If you receive any outreach regarding hotel reservations other than the link provided in response to your conference registration, it is a scam and you should not respond.

    EVENT SAFETY

    The conference hotel has implemented a range of reduced- and/or no-contact check-in/out procedures and vigorous cleaning and safety protocols to enhance your safety. For information on COVID-19 guidelines in Minnesota, see Minnesota Stay Safe and Minnesota Stay Safe Guidance

    Additional health and safety practices for the event will be determined as appropriate for conditions in October and communicated in advance to all attendees. We are mindful of current public safety considerations in Minneapolis and are taking additional steps to ensure attendee security in the immediate area.

    Residency
     will continue to deliver succession planning resources throughout 2021 via a series of facilitated interactions with top pool executives. Dates and specifics will be announced throughout 2021.

    AGRiP Homecoming
    AGRiP Homecoming, an in-person event, will take place Oct. 3 to 5 in Minneapolis, MN.

    Virtual Assembly
    AGRiP Virtual Assemblies provide educational content and opportunities for pool-to-pool problem-solving. Attendees of all types engage in a mix of issue-specific presentations and “think tank” sessions. Content and timely topics are unique to each, so mark your calendars and bring your whole staff team. Next assembly is Dec. 7 to 9.
