JPA Employee Benefits Manager

  
The CA Schools Joint Powers Authority(CSJPA) is looking for a full time JPA Employee Benefits Manager.

Under the supervision of the JPA Chief Executive Officer (CEO), JPA Employee Benefits Manager, manages the day-today operations of the JPA employee benefits department, overseeing 44 districts with over 55,000 members with an annual revenue of 17 million dollars. This position is responsible for member retention including promoting, marketing,
and servicing potential and existing district members, ensuring compliance and keeping members informed with legislative changes, coordinating with the JPA business partners to provide insurance quotes and information, and providing service to management and labor groups. The JPA Employee Benefits Manager will also assist in the rate development for prospective members as well as collaborate and coordinate with consultants, brokers, and vendors.

SALARY: $142,126.08 to $160,165.44 Annually (Range 246)
LENGTH OF SERVICE: 12 Months/228 Days per Year
