The Washington Counties Risk Pool (WCRP) is actively recruiting to fill our Director of Finance & Operations position. The person selected for this position will have significant finance and accounting experience, preferably in the pooling and/or public entity arena, along with management and/or administration/operations experience. This position reports to the WCRP’s Executive Director and provides oversight to the success of the finance, administrative and operations functions of the WCRP.
As the Director of Finance & Operations, you will be joining a cohesive and supportive group of people who enjoy working hard, having fun, and enjoying what they do. You will have the support and resources needed to help us achieve the Pool’s mission. With a total annual operating revenue of over $20 million, you will work closely with the Pool’s contracted actuary, contracted insurance broker and all of our member counties as we manage the finances of one of the largest risk pools in Washington.
