Employee Benefits Supervisor - Association of Washington Cities Employee Benefit Trust (Hybrid)

  

The Association of Washington Cities (AWC) is recruiting a full-time Employee Benefits Supervisor to join their dynamic and customer orientated team. This position supervises and leads the day-to-day benefit operations of the contracted Association of Washington Cities Employee Benefit Trust (AWC Trust). This includes developing, promoting, implementing, and evaluating all benefit related programs. The incumbent will work closely with staff in providing excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and supplying technical assistance to member employers, their employees, retirees, and service providers.
