Public Entity Risk Management Authority (PERMA), a California Joint Powers Authority (JPA), is seeking a Liability Program Manager. This at-will, full-time position is responsible for planning, managing, and directing the day-to-day operations of the liability program. The Manager will oversee the liability claim handling third party administrator, or staff, be accountable for trend identification, assist in the design of loss control programs and reporting, and member relations related to liability claims. The position will not regularly adjust claims but may occasionally manage overflow.
