Jerry Spears, Trust Operations Director of Montana Association of Counties (MACo), has been elected to serve a four-year term on the AGRiP Board of Directors.
Spears is an advocate for integrating technology into public entity pooling, and serves on AGRiP's Technology Peer Forum. He is an affiliate member of the National Academy of Sciences Transportation Research Board, and is a past president of Washington Public Risk Management Association (WA PRIMA).
Spears brings 25 years of pooling experience to the Board. He has been in his current role at MACo for one year; prior to that, he was employed by two city-focused pools and a transit pool.
This will be Spears' first term on the AGRiP Board of Directors. He will begin his term Jan. 1, 2018.
