The Top Pool Executive Compensation & Benefits Report is a document to give pool HR professionals, senior staff, and boards important comparative compensation and benefits information. The reports contain data not readily available anywhere else – the position of top executive at a pool is a highly specialized role, and the best point of comparison is between pools.
Salary data is protected when we share it with other AGRiP members, with no identifying information and in a regionalized format. Individualized salary information cannot be gleaned from the survey results.
