Conference keynotes will highlight the multigenerational workplace, storytelling skills



Keynote speakers for the 2018 Governance & Leadership Conference will offer insight on how to connect with others and cultivate a positive work environment.  

AGRiP Generational Resident Kim Lear will present Recruit, Retain, Lead - Pools as Workplaces for Multiple Generations. Lear will cover the important generational, organizational and environmental factors that now shape the workplace and review methods to recruit and retain employees spanning four generations.

In Pooling Power - Essential Elements of Successful Storytelling, Bill Baker will share storytelling strategies to explain the difference between pooling and traditional insurance, and better connect with upcoming generations, regulators, legislators and members.

The March 4-7 conference offers educational sessions covering leadership, governance, and emerging trends in public entity pooling, along with the popular Pooling Basics. A preliminary schedule is available.
