A Picture’s Worth a Thousand Words

In June 2010, the Municipal Insurance Association of British Columbia (MIABC) conducted their first board retreat and did a strategic plan review. A graphic artist was retained to illustrate the process as it unfolded. MIABC CEO Tom Barnes told AGRiP that such an illustration makes for a nice change from the review of “mission”, “vision”, and “values” in a traditional strategic plan.
